If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours you are required to pay 50% of your service. If your appointment is cancelled the day of your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of your service. Failure to pay will result in a hold on your future bookings until paid in full. This includes rescheduling. 😷 In the event of diagnosed illness or symptoms of illness, I respectfully ask that you wait two weeks after the first day of your symptoms for your appointment. 🪑 Please wait in the Stel + Shay lounge area for your scheduled appointment time, I will be up shortly. 💳 Card on file is needed to hold your appointment and to be used in the event of a cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy

Era Aesthetics will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
